Vestor Insight provides a quiz-based recommendation engine that matches users with business platforms, tools, and opportunities. The Platform is not a coaching program, financial advisor, or investment service. Recommendations are generated based on user-provided quiz responses and should not be considered professional advice.

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in the quiz.
• You are responsible for any decisions made based on the recommendations provided.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to exploit the Platform.

Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on the results page are for informational purposes. Individual platform pricing, bundle pricing, and billing cycles are subject to change. Actual pricing and payment terms are governed by each individual platform's terms of service. Vestor Insight is not responsible for pricing discrepancies between what is displayed and what is charged by individual platforms.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, quiz logic, recommendation algorithms, and platform materials are the intellectual property of Vestor Insight. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vestor Insight does not guarantee that the recommendations will result in specific business outcomes, revenue, or success. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vestor Insight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any recommended platforms and services.

Data Collection & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Modifications

Vestor Insight reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
